What we collect
When you visit this website we collect the standard request metadata (IP, user agent, referrer) and, with your consent, analytics events. When you submit a form we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, company, message). Our AI chat widget processes the messages you send it to generate replies.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to operate and improve the website, to send you product updates you've opted in to receive, and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests are handled within 30 days.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
